I emailed Airparrot Support for a solution and they replied the issue was caused by our school network setting. Sometimes Airparrot 3 works fine but sometimes it can't find any Apple TV in LAN. I suggested using Airparrot 3 to airplay Apple TV. This setting is fine for the Macbook users, however, the teachers using Surface Pro would have to find a way to work with Apple TV. In the new campus, every classroom has a big TV plus Apple TV.
